  • Lead strategy, architecture, and delivery for enterprise Data Foundation engagements
  • Define the technical vision for governed, AI-ready data foundations
  • Advise CxO-level customer executives while shaping data strategies and business cases
  • Lead executive discovery, maturity assessments, and phased, customer-specific roadmaps
  • Represent the practice in complex, high-stakes customer engagements
  • Define target-state architecture across Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, and MuleSoft
  • Balance platform-neutral approaches with Salesforce-native execution and existing customer investments
  • Approve architecture decisions and validate them through scoped proofs of concept
  • Provide architectural governance and quality assurance across concurrent engagements
  • Manage delivery risk, executive alignment, business engagement, scope, and dependencies
  • Embed security, privacy, governance, and quality controls from project inception
  • Establish AI-augmented professional services delivery with Claude Code, Gemini, Lucid AI, and NotebookLM
  • Develop reusable prompt templates, skills, agents, accelerators, and delivery intellectual property
  • Set AI acceleration targets with quality guardrails and human oversight
  • Shape and publish the practice’s perspective on the agentic future of SaaS
  • Create reference architectures, points of view, and forward-looking roadmaps
  • Represent the practice internally and externally while briefing executives
  • Author and continuously improve the Data Foundation Delivery Playbook
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership to Senior Advisors, Architects, Consultants, and engagement teams
  • Establish stewardship, RACI frameworks, sustainable operating models, and executive-ready engagement summaries
  • Deliver certification, customer impact, architecture, business outcome, AI delivery, thought leadership, and enablement goals within the first 12 months

  • Canadian citizenship is required; permanent residents are not eligible for the required Canadian Government Security Clearance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian Government Security Clearance
  • Reliability Clearance requires 5 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada
  • Secret Clearance requires 10 years of verifiable work and residence history, generally from within Canada
  • 15+ years of deep, hands-on experience in data architecture, engineering, MDM, integration, and governance
  • 8–10 years of experience supporting customers with MuleSoft
  • Deep expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Deep expertise in one or more of Salesforce Data 360, Informatica IDMC, or MuleSoft
  • Authority-level expertise in data modeling and semantic or metadata modeling
  • Strong command of data governance, quality, security, and privacy, including GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA
  • Proven CxO-level advisory experience and the ability to lead multi-workstream delivery
  • Experience integrating vendor platforms into complex, heterogeneous enterprise environments
  • Fluency leading AI-augmented delivery with AI tools and reusable prompt, skill, and agent assets
  • Recognized thought leadership in enterprise data, AI, and the agentic future of SaaS
  • Experience with API-led connectivity, real-time synchronization, batch processing, event-driven architectures, API management, and deployment options
  • Knowledge of MuleSoft–Salesforce integration and enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with MuleSoft RPA capabilities
  • Multiple MuleSoft certifications, including Developer and Integration Architect Associate
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred; equivalent demonstrable experience may substitute
  • Background in application design and development
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile, and SCRUM
  • Salesforce CTA certification or progress toward it preferred
  • Experience managing large, full-lifecycle Salesforce implementations
  • Executive presence and the ability to influence outcomes
  • Ability to communicate and persuade customers regarding best practices at multiple organizational levels
