Aprašymas

  • Manage and grow client relationships across EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with Client Success, Implementation, Support, Sales, and leadership to improve retention and revenue.
  • Promote client retention practices, including the use of business reports.
  • Increase net dollar retention through account expansion and renewals.
  • Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Support successful product adoption and maintain client health.
  • Help clients realize value and return on investment.
  • Find opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Manage the client renewal process.
  • Contribute to plans for scaling the team and company.

Reikalavimai

  • Have experience managing a portfolio of accounts and driving adoption, retention, growth, value realization, expansion, and upselling.
  • Be able to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Have experience presenting ROI analyses or business reviews to senior stakeholders.
  • Bring strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial services, FinTech, or alternative investments is strongly preferred.
  • Be able to travel, often overnight, within EMEA approximately monthly.
