Aprašymas

  • Support leaders and service teams with strategic planning, execution, and operational improvement.
  • Ensure tools, processes, and systems enable high-quality client service.
  • Manage key initiatives and coordinate communication as a strategic partner.
  • Set objectives and agendas for leadership meetings, facilitate sessions, and oversee strategic and tactical priorities.
  • Help develop and execute growth strategies.
  • Review performance reports and financial data to track profitability and progress against plans.
  • Create implementation plans and measures of success for strategic initiatives.
  • Identify corrective steps to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and in scope.
  • Provide hands-on interim leadership and oversight for at-risk initiatives when needed.
  • Work with Consulting Leaders to manage change for internal initiatives.
  • Improve operational effectiveness across internal functions.
  • Support business processes and systems throughout the lifecycle, from lead generation to engagement close.
  • Provide operations expertise for technology deployments.
  • Oversee performance management, development, coaching, and exit counseling for assigned operations team members.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience working with management-level professionals.
  • At least 5 years of experience at a professional services firm, including corporate development, transactions, or work with the office of the CFO.
  • Experience managing others, directly or indirectly, in a team setting.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and resolving complex issues.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong financial knowledge and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to work in a large, complex, fast-changing organization amid ambiguity.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels, including senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to assess financial information for reasonableness and accuracy.
  • Ability to supervise projects or assignments and review their results.
  • Ability to train, mentor, guide, and give feedback to team members.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and listening skills.
  • Track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders, building collaborative relationships, and managing competing priorities.
  • Ability to adapt constructively to changing circumstances and implement change.
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and develop people and teams.
  • Ability to define business requirements, present options, and gain management support.
  • Ability to assist with and support change implementation.
  • Project management certification or formal project management training preferred.
