- Grow revenue and expand accounts through cross-selling, upselling, and renewals
- Build consultative relationships with decision-makers in logistics, procurement, IT, and senior management
- Manage strategic account plans and CRM pipelines
- Forecast, monitor, and meet growth targets
- Work across teams to deliver tailored cloud-based SaaS solutions
- Address complex supply chain challenges for enterprise customers
- Represent customer needs and support digital transformation in logistics operations
Reikalavimai
- At least four years of successful sales experience with logistics software, supply chain technology, or complex B2B SaaS solutions
- A consistent record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering strong customer satisfaction
- Ability to retain strategic accounts while proactively growing business across varied industries
- Native or near-native German proficiency
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), real-time visibility platforms, or freight procurement platforms
- Experience using enterprise CRM software such as Salesforce
- Experience with modern sales acceleration methods
- Professional network in European logistics, manufacturing, or retail supply chains
- Willingness to travel 20%
