Evaluate trucking claims, maintenance costs, and potential payouts for Spotter Labs. Investigate cases, communicate with clients, and support regulatory compliance in a fully remote role.

- Assess trucking claims for validity, coverage, and potential payouts
- Investigate cases using information from drivers, trucking companies, and insurance adjusters
- Review maintenance records, repair invoices, and related documents to calculate truck and trailer costs
- Keep accurate records of claims, communications, and decisions
- Write detailed reports that document findings and support claim determinations
- Act as the main client contact throughout the claims process
- Respond to client questions, resolve concerns, and provide status updates
- Keep current with industry regulations, internal policies, and claims-processing practices
- Verify that claims meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements
