Recruit SAP and Microsoft consultants to support delaware France’s growth. Source and screen candidates, manage recruitment projects, and work from the Paris office in a hybrid setup.

- Collect hiring needs from managers and shape job postings for publication.
- Find candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Hold initial screening interviews with applicants.
- Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Help improve recruitment practices over time.
- Take part in related projects such as employer branding, university partnerships, and onboarding.
- Support strategic hiring for SAP and Microsoft expertise.
- Coordinate directly with hiring managers, candidates, and the recruitment team.

- Be in the final year of a five-year degree, equivalent to Bac+5, and seeking a graduation internship; a business school or specialized master’s in human resources is preferred.
- Be available for a six-month internship starting in January 2027.
- Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be curious, energetic, and collaborative.
- Be comfortable communicating by phone.
- Recruitment internship or apprenticeship experience, or experience in an IT services company, is a plus.
- C1 English is an advantage but is not required.
