  • Expand the customer base across the United States and Canada
  • Manage sales from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proposals, procurement and closing

  • Develop pipeline through outreach, referrals, warm leads and events
  • Grow the US market and help define the North American team’s go-to-market playbook
  • Collaborate with the North American team and colleagues in Europe
  • Share market insights with Product, Marketing and Government Success to guide broader strategy
  • Engage cities and counties and secure multi-year agreements

  • At least seven years working with or for local government in areas such as public-sector consulting, planning, community engagement, GovTech business development or partnerships, or launching a startup market
  • A record of commercial results, such as contracts, partnerships, grants or revenue secured
  • Experience with consultative sales

  • Able to work independently while staying organized and process-focused
  • Resilience in long sales cycles and ambiguous public-sector environments
  • Excellent communication across channels and formats

  • Willing to travel approximately 25–30% of the time
