  • Drive growth-focused data science from initial problem framing and label design through data preparation, model development, backend deployment, and impact assessment.
  • Create player-level cohort LTV and churn-risk scores for depositors, connecting predictions to repeat-deposit metrics and actionable interventions.
  • Build cohort-level LTV:CAC maturation models that forecast within the month whether marketing cohorts will recover acquisition costs within one year.
  • Develop lifecycle- and behavior-based models that determine when to send personalized push notifications and emails.
  • Use conditional and hazard modeling to estimate whether lapsed depositors will return after N deposit-free days, informing RV targeting and treatment timing.
  • Develop learning-to-rank systems for lobby tournaments and entry-fee tiers while balancing engagement, monetization, and matchmaking liquidity.
  • Optimize store offers and pack rankings by selecting appropriate products, price points, and delivery timing.

  • At least four years of applied data science experience in growth, monetization, retention, or lifecycle domains.
  • A track record of personally deploying models to production and using them to influence business decisions.
  • Experience in mobile gaming, real-money gaming or iGaming, or a consumer application with an active in-app economy.
  • Practical expertise in propensity, churn, uplift, survival or hazard, and LTV modeling.
  • Recommendation or ranking experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to write production-quality Python.
  • Experience with LightGBM or XGBoost.
  • PyTorch or TensorFlow experience for embedding-based applications.
  • Strong SQL skills for working with data warehouses.
  • Experience using Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Extensive experimentation experience, including test design, sizing, and result interpretation.
  • At least one defensible business-impact claim developed without a clean A/B test.
