  • Meet digital and consulting sales and profitability goals by growing Mywellness platform usage and active license retention.
  • Partner with the sales team on pre-sales and sales work, including training on digital products.
  • Support successful implementations through client training and guidance.
  • Develop customer case studies and best practices that show product value for attracting and retaining customers and generating secondary revenue.
  • Plan and deliver seminars and webinars to promote Technogym’s digital portfolio.
  • Maintain dependable forecasts and well-organized sales pipeline records.
  • Track competitor pricing and product features, and share timely market feedback with headquarters.
  • Plan and promote initiatives that improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support product launches, promotions, and commercial activities to increase sales.
  • Travel locally and domestically about 25% of the time to onboard and train new clients.
  • Report to the Customer Success and Digital Sales Manager.

Талаптар

  • Previous experience in digital product sales, account management, or another client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex solutions clearly and confidently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple accounts and sales opportunities at once.
  • Experience with CRM tools is required; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • A strong interest in fitness and wellness is highly desirable.
  • Able to travel locally and domestically about 25% of the time.
  • Able to work remotely in South Florida; Miami is preferred.
