3–8 years in strategy and operations, management consulting, or a chief-of-staff role; healthcare, digital health, or technology experience is preferred.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and improving operations in a fast-growing organization.
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling.
Experience creating measurement frameworks and operational dashboards.
Comfort working with large operational datasets and analytical tools.
Ability to define and monitor operational and financial KPIs.
Skill in turning ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into structured plans with measurable outcomes.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort presenting to leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Experience putting new programs or products into operation and scaling them is preferred.
Familiarity with multi-site healthcare delivery, mental health, clinical operations, and provider networks is preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement is helpful.
Exposure to AI and digital health technologies is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
