Descriere

  • Guide strategic and operational initiatives from initial problem framing through implementation and evaluation.
  • Work with clinical and department leaders to prepare operations for growth.
  • Create efficient workflows that preserve clinical judgment.
  • Lead organization-wide growth projects that span multiple departments.
  • Turn complex, unclear challenges into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Contribute to work on program design, AI adoption, and build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Help launch and scale operations for new products, services, and clinics.
  • Convert new offerings into practical operating models, staffing plans, workflows, and systems.
  • Set success measures and readiness milestones for scaling new offerings.
  • Identify and address risks, dependencies, and execution gaps.
  • Manage transitions to operating teams and improve the launch process over time.
  • Help shape change rollouts, governance, and regular operating practices.
  • Find and resolve obstacles across teams, workflows, and priorities.
  • Create repeatable processes and practices that improve execution.
  • Set and monitor operational measures across functions.
  • Develop frameworks and dashboards to track site utilization, productivity, and contribution margin.

Cerințe

  • 3–8 years in strategy and operations, management consulting, or a chief-of-staff role; healthcare, digital health, or technology experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and improving operations in a fast-growing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling.
  • Experience creating measurement frameworks and operational dashboards.
  • Comfort working with large operational datasets and analytical tools.
  • Ability to define and monitor operational and financial KPIs.
  • Skill in turning ambiguous, cross-functional challenges into structured plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort presenting to leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience putting new programs or products into operation and scaling them is preferred.
  • Familiarity with multi-site healthcare delivery, mental health, clinical operations, and provider networks is preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and reimbursement is helpful.
  • Exposure to AI and digital health technologies is a plus.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
