- Set work priorities and choose approaches in line with documented procedures, regulations, and professional standards
Талаптар
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, Polish, Arabic, Creole, or another language
- Bachelor’s degree in health or human services, or an LPN credential with ability to obtain licensure in Illinois
- At least two years of healthcare experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a range of electronic information applications and software
- Interest in contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
- A separate room with a lockable door suitable for a private home office
- Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
- A dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member health information under HIPAA
