  • Prior B2B experience, ideally in the e-commerce sector
  • Background in strategic partnerships, business relationship management, sales, or a comparable function
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trust-based relationships
  • Strong negotiation, critical-thinking, and commercial judgment skills
  • Well organized, self-directed, and consistently focused on measurable results
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as ZOHO or Salesforce
  • Advanced ability with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience creating presentations for executive audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics, International Relations, International Trade, or a related discipline
  • B2B partnership experience in e-commerce is preferred
  • Experience with performance metrics, sales funnels, and commercial KPIs is preferred
