Description
- Build client appointments by phone, through networking, and from incoming leads while maintaining an organized pipeline.
- Apply conversation scripts, needs-analysis methods, follow-up routines, and documentation standards.
- Track KPIs, use feedback constructively, and improve performance systematically.
- Assess client situations and prepare advisory materials in a clear, structured format.
- Join client discussions, manage follow-ups, and establish clear next steps.
- Document workflows and maintain dependable organization.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team and own assigned work packages.
Requirements
- Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences.
- German language proficiency of at least C1, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills, dependable commitment, and reliability.
- Self-directed, proactive, and structured in your approach to work.
- Motivated by performance targets and measurable outcomes.
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, advisory work, or a sports or high-performance setting is preferred.
- Ready to take ownership of telephone outreach and appointment setting.
