Strategy and Operations Manager at Rula — Remote in the United States

Lead the expansion of Rula’s in-person psychiatry and behavioral healthcare services. Own provider acquisition, demand generation, office safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives as the care model grows.

Description

  • Drive the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare.
  • Lead the growth of Rula’s in-person psychiatry services.
  • Develop a comprehensive office safety and suitability program.
  • Act as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry.
  • Work with supply teams to build provider acquisition channels.
  • Create compelling value propositions for relevant audiences.
  • Develop demand generation strategies.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across target markets.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives as the in-person care model and strategic priorities evolve.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, chief-of-staff, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace.
  • At least two years of experience leading and delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial or operational modeling capabilities.
  • Practical experience querying data with tools such as Looker or Hex.
  • Experience creating complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited to remote collaboration.
  • Ability to distill complex analyses into concise summaries and adapt communication for audiences ranging from core teams to executives.
  • Experience developing strategy by defining business problems and converting potential solutions into actionable plans.
  • Must be based in the United States; Rula does not currently hire in Hawaii.
  • Previous behavioral healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Experience with strategic planning or OKR processes is preferred.
  • Salesforce reporting experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar project-tracking tools is preferred.
