Description

  • Oversee recruiting and hiring for Advantage Behavioral Health Services, including Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery
  • Partner with the Senior Recruiter to shape and execute the broader recruiting strategy
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate and fill part-time, full-time, independent contractor, and intern staffing needs
  • Clarify role requirements and position details with hiring managers
  • Achieve monthly hiring goals
  • Coordinate with HR to move candidates from recruitment through hiring and onboarding
  • Develop and sustain relationships with schools and other institutions
  • Organize and lead on-site and external hiring events
  • Engage with employees at all levels to discuss and negotiate job offers
  • Operate the organization’s internal recruiting software
  • Use social media to expand recruiting and marketing reach
  • Share feedback that helps improve the candidate and recruiting experience
  • Track developments in employment laws and competency expectations
  • Recommend policies and practices, review job offers and compensation practices, and highlight benefits and perks
  • Provide coverage for colleagues and take on additional departmental duties when required
  • Complete educational training, orientations, and compliance programs

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting, including managing several high-need roles at once
  • Strong interviewing ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to meet Microsoft Office and electronic health record software requirements
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to read, write, and spell legibly in English without excessive errors
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to interruptions
  • Ability to work independently and adapt with flexibility
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Must follow applicable state and federal laws and regulations
