Senior Payroll Specialist – Challans Hybrid

Description
- Oversee complete payroll cycles for a portfolio of small and medium-sized business clients operating under various collective bargaining agreements
- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and file mandatory social security declarations
- Produce employment documentation for new hires and ongoing employment changes
- Advise clients and provide responsive payroll support
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team covering employment law, payroll, and IT
- Lead the onboarding and integration of new client accounts
Requirements
- Post-secondary qualification or professional training in payroll, employment law, or human resources
- Around three years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of collective bargaining agreements
- Proficiency with payroll applications, especially Silae
- Motivated, dependable, and genuine approach to work
