Description
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources to maintain accuracy and consistency
- Clean, validate, and transform datasets for analytical use
- Partner with IT and business teams to improve data quality and accessibility
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and trend analysis to identify meaningful patterns
- Build and maintain KPI reports and dashboards aligned with business goals
- Develop visualizations that make complex findings accessible to varied audiences
- Present insights and recommendations with clear business context
- Support HR digital transformation initiatives and complete assigned project-plan activities
- Provide operational assistance for Oracle Fusion HCM implementations
- Contribute to HR automation and AI initiatives through use-case discovery and preliminary analysis
- Work within Agile squads and complete assigned sprint deliverables
- Collaborate across functions to inform strategic and operational decisions
- Support scenario modeling and forecasting for planning and resource allocation
- Suggest enhancements to data processes, reporting structures, and analytical methods
- Prepare and deliver reports in response to daily requests
- Design and improve automated workflows in Oracle HR systems
- Identify potential applications for AI implementation
- Convert business requirements into practical technical and digital solutions
- Complete assigned work in accordance with established procedures, policies, and instructions
- Protect the confidentiality of company data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, data analytics, business, economics, or a related discipline
- At least two years of experience in data analytics, HR analytics, digital transformation, or a related area
- Knowledge of data processing, reporting and dashboard creation, data visualization, and analytical tools
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle HR systems and HR process automation is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced Azerbaijani and good to advanced English language skills
- Strong analytical reasoning, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
- Familiarity with Agile methods, AI, and digital technologies, along with an openness to innovation
