Senior Executive Assistant - Salesforce (Hybrid)

Support Salesforce’s PACE leadership team with executive calendar management, global travel coordination, and confidential strategic operations. This hybrid role requires in-office coverage at least three days per week.

Description

  • Support SVP and AVP members of the PACE OU leadership team
  • Design, audit, optimize, and safeguard executive calendars around business objectives, OKRs, and strategic priorities
  • Triage meeting requests and protect executive focus time
  • Prepare pre-reads, agendas, and briefing materials 24–48 hours before engagements
  • Coordinate cross-functional leadership meetings, All-Hands meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews with fellow executive assistants
  • Partner with executives, direct reports, board members, enterprise customers, and external partners
  • Attend operational meetings, document decisions, summarize action items, and drive follow-through
  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel, including visa and passport logistics, global entry protocols, time-zone coordination, and ground transportation
  • Monitor travel disruptions and develop contingency plans and itinerary changes
  • Manage sensitive corporate communications, personnel matters, organizational restructures, and strategic initiatives with discretion
  • Lead planning for executive leadership onsites and offsites, customer advisory boards, and networking events
  • Provide hands-on in-office support and expand onsite coverage for critical executive events and meetings

Requirements

  • Reside in a designated hub and be willing to work onsite at least three days per week, with flexibility for additional in-office days
  • Bring 10+ years of administrative experience
  • Have at least 5+ years of direct support experience for C-suite, EVP, or C-1 executives at an enterprise technology or Fortune 100 company with $10B+ in revenue
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across a matrixed network of executive assistants
  • Advanced ability to manage highly dense, fast-changing calendars spanning multiple time zones
  • Extensive experience planning complex international travel and handling international travel protocols
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom or Webex, and enterprise productivity tools
  • Experience with Salesforce, Quip, and Tableau is preferred
