Description
- Build automations and data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL to modernize processes and reduce manual effort.
- Design and deliver end-to-end machine learning models, from data exploration and feature engineering through deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Process large datasets in distributed environments while maintaining performance, quality, and traceability.
- Deliver business-focused data science and machine learning solutions for fraud, AML, lead scoring, and churn initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance to junior professionals through code reviews, best practices, and data science and machine learning mentorship.
- Lead meetings and technical discussions in English.
- Convert legacy processes into robust, automated, and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Fluent English and confidence leading meetings.
- Demonstrated senior-level data science experience with technical ownership of AI and machine learning initiatives from ideation and scoping through implementation and production operations.
- Advanced Python skills for data science, automation, and pipeline development.
- Practical experience with machine learning pipelines, model and artifact versioning, and reproducible workflows.
- Experience monitoring models and managing drift.
- Experience working with large-scale data and distributed environments using PySpark.
- Ability to work independently, take technical ownership, and turn legacy processes into reliable automations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions clearly and objectively.
