- Coordinate multiple stakeholders’ schedules while preventing conflicts
- Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and updates
- Reschedule and modify appointments when required
- Keep scheduling platforms accurate and current
- Complete data-entry and document-management tasks
- Maintain precise records, databases, and internal systems
- Organise files so information remains easy to access

Requirements
- Filipino candidate based in the Philippines
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling, administrative support, customer service, or a comparable role
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational ability
- Confident, professional telephone manner
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to manage competing tasks and priorities effectively
- Consistently reliable, accountable, and dependable
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Familiarity with scheduling platforms, calendars, or basic CRM systems is beneficial
- Proactive approach to daily work with sound problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
- Experience with Calendly or comparable scheduling software
- Familiarity with basic CRM platforms
- Comfort using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet
