Remote Customer Service Consultant — Nevada
Help Nevada customers shop for used vehicles remotely, guiding them through appraisal, financing, delivery, and in-store purchases.
Description
- Connect with prospective buyers online and by phone to learn what they need in a vehicle.
- Use knowledge of CarMax inventory to recommend suitable vehicles.
- Support customers from online sales or appraisal through financing applications and delivery scheduling.
- Coordinate a smooth handoff from online shopping to an in-store purchase.
- Meet sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Mentor colleagues as your skills grow.
- Obtain an Automotive Sales Persons License in states where required.
Requirements
- Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced sales setting.
- Listen attentively and stay focused on customer needs.
- Stay self-motivated to meet performance goals.
- Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
- Learn and become proficient with new technologies.
- Use computers confidently.
- Be available for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be open to schedule changes twice a year to meet business needs.
- Live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center.
- Obtain an Automotive Sales Persons License in states where required; testing and travel may be necessary.
