Opis

  • Connect with prospective buyers online and by phone to learn what they need in a vehicle.
  • Use knowledge of CarMax inventory to recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Support customers from online sales or appraisal through financing applications and delivery scheduling.
  • Coordinate a smooth handoff from online shopping to an in-store purchase.
  • Meet sales targets while delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Mentor colleagues as your skills grow.
  • Obtain an Automotive Sales Persons License in states where required.

Zahteve

  • Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced sales setting.
  • Listen attentively and stay focused on customer needs.

  • Communicate clearly in writing and conversation.
  • Learn and become proficient with new technologies.
  • Use computers confidently.
  • Be available for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center.
  • Obtain an Automotive Sales Persons License in states where required; testing and travel may be necessary.
