Operational Finance Assistant - DSV, Parañaque (Onsite)

Support invoice processing and accrual matching in CargoWise for DSV’s transport and logistics operations. Maintain financial trackers, compliance records, operational documents, and daily performance reports.

Description

  • Process invoice-posting and accrual-matching transactions in CargoWise
  • Manage additional cost-matching activities
  • Complete daily assignments from process leads
  • Validate invoices at the cost level within required timeframes
  • Maintain trackers and monitoring worksheets
  • Follow defined procedures, requirements, and applicable legal provisions
  • Coordinate with other organizational units, including the Poland team
  • Collect, organize, update, and archive operational records according to team procedures
  • Carry out other formal instructions connected to the role’s responsibilities and objectives
  • Prepare daily reports on team performance

Requirements

  • Degree in finance or a related discipline
  • At least six months of experience in a related field
  • Exposure to freight or logistics support is advantageous
  • Work effectively under time constraints and with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned work
  • Apply strong focus, attention to detail, and effective self-organization
  • Evaluate processes critically and help implement new solutions
  • Use analytical skills to support finance operations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Write and submit clear, comprehensive queries
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Use relevant workplace tools, technologies, and methods effectively
  • Apply prescribed work procedures and troubleshooting approaches
  • Understand innovation and project management concepts that support efficiency and service quality
  • Share knowledge and experience with colleagues
  • Use advanced Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with sorting and filtering, conditional formatting, pivot tables and charts, vertical lookups, and data validation, consolidation, and grouping
