Description

  • Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for complex business needs
  • Prepare, clean, and analyze datasets for machine learning initiatives
  • Improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability for production use
  • Work with AI/ML and engineering teams on model integration, deployment, and monitoring
  • Investigate advances in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical conversations, and collaborative problem-solving
  • Record findings, communicate lessons learned, and present project results and recommendations
  • Take part in Embark workshops and events focused on professional development, community service, networking, and connected culture

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Pursuing a degree in information, computer, or data science; machine learning; applied or computational mathematics; or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a diverse team
  • Motivated, organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Able to learn quickly and use new computer programs and databases
  • Able to contribute in a fast-paced corporate setting
  • No prior professional experience is required
  • Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, including model training, testing, evaluation, and optimization
  • Exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or comparable machine learning frameworks
  • Familiarity with Python and core machine learning concepts
  • Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, and data preparation
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Azure Machine Learning, or other cloud AI/ML platforms
  • Interest in generative AI, large language models, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents
  • Coursework or project experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or generative AI is a plus
