Digital and Agentic Analytics Manager – Bangalore (Onsite)

Lead measurement and experimentation for digital journeys, agentic workflows, and go-to-market campaigns at LSEG. Turn usage, consumption, and customer outcome data into recommendations for scaling, changing, or stopping initiatives.

Description

  • Develop testing and measurement capabilities for digital journeys, agentic workflows, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Assess impact through usage, consumption, and customer satisfaction measures.
  • Convert launch results into clear decisions about what to scale, revise, or discontinue.
  • Apply consistent measurement across digital and agentic initiatives to improve prioritization and accelerate customer value.
  • Clarify stakeholder questions and opportunities, then advise on suitable testing and measurement approaches.
  • Own measurement projects end to end, from defining objectives, outcomes, questions, and hypotheses through data extraction, analysis, management, and presentation.
  • Share evidence-based findings and recommendations with senior business partners.
  • Interpret usage and consumption data in terms of customer and business impact.
  • Find ways to strengthen underlying data quality and reporting.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of how usage and outcome data can inform decisions across digital journeys, agentic workflows, and go-to-market campaigns.
  • Practical knowledge of agentic AI and autonomous agent systems.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across SAM, Digital, Product Analytics, agentic delivery, and product teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading measurement projects from initiation through completion.
  • Experience defining data requirements, extracting and manipulating data, conducting analysis, managing results, and presenting findings.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with senior audiences.
  • Ability to convert usage and consumption data into customer and business recommendations.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities to improve data quality and reporting.
  • Strong analytical reasoning capability.
  • Expertise with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and tools, including agent orchestration platforms and retrieval-augmented generation.
  • Experience writing SQL and using ETL tools with a data warehouse such as Snowflake.
  • Ability to design and conduct A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
  • Comfort working with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
