Clinical Product Operations Manager
Manage clinical product operations across Devoted Health’s clinical teams, with a focus on workflow deployment and change initiatives. Improve EHR systems, training, adoption, and enterprise rollout execution.
Description
- Lead clinical initiative deployment, workflow improvement, and change adoption across Devoted Medical teams
- Assess clinical operations needs and work with cross-functional partners to design, refine, and implement workflows
- Coordinate new workflow rollouts with leadership and training teams
- Work with Engineering, Data, AI, Operations, and Clinical Informatics to map, document, and improve clinical workflows
- Set priorities and create monthly sprint plans with product and operations leaders
- Oversee clinical initiative deployment from pilot and Test Kitchen stages through enterprise launch
- Create and distribute communications, rollout materials, and training resources
- Conduct end-user training and resolve post-launch issues
- Apply EHR expertise to improve system capabilities and align clinical practice
- Assess usability, adoption, and operational effects while sharing frontline feedback with R&D
- Meet initiative adoption thresholds established by senior leadership
- Maintain target usability scores for the Orinoco EHR
- Follow the enterprise change calendar and improve launch visibility and timeliness
- Record decisions to scale, iterate, or sunset launched initiatives
- Keep cross-functional, enterprise-wide workflow standards current and easy to find
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of experience in healthcare or product management
- At least two years of experience scaling enterprise change management
- Advanced or superuser-level EMR experience
- At least two years of clinical project, process management, or informatics experience
- Practicing APRN or RN with at least five years of clinical experience is desired
- An active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market is preferred
- A master’s degree and two years of telehealth experience are preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Solution-focused approach with strong critical-analysis skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing projects and deadlines
