Billing and Administrative Assistant

Manage key-account invoicing and administrative operations for Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore. Support maritime clients with purchase orders, credit notes, billing processes, and data quality.

Description

  • Manage the team's shared mailbox by receiving, sorting, and routing incoming requests
  • Respond to client requests
  • Receive and track purchase orders
  • Monitor billing processes for plan approvals, administrative services, and insurance certificates
  • Support the preparation and issuance of key-account invoices according to contractual terms, internal procedures, and applicable regulations
  • Apply established credit note procedures
  • Contribute to credit note reporting
  • Maintain administrative oversight of files
  • Protect the accuracy and quality of billing data

Requirements

  • Two-year degree (Bac+2) in management, administration, or accounting
  • At least three years of experience in billing and administrative management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Confidence working with figures
  • Professional English for communication with clients and an international network
  • Rigorous, organized, and dependable approach
