- Track market trends and refine forecasts as business conditions change
- Maintain quotation-tool data quality and resolve SFDC discrepancies
- Review global sales data and KPIs to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Deliver sales performance reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management
- Design and improve global sales processes and workflows
- Apply technology and operational best practices to simplify workflows and reduce administration
- Drive CRM adoption, data integrity, and effective usage across the sales organization
- Coach team members on CRM capabilities and practices
- Maintain compliance with company policies, international regulations, and ethical standards

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, sales, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in sales operations, sales management, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in an international environment
- Demonstrated success creating and executing sales operations strategies that support organizational goals and sustainable growth
- Strong ability to interpret sales data and market trends and turn findings into practical decisions and insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading complex projects and processes to completion while meeting timelines and performance measures
- Availability to travel for sales initiatives, customer engagements, regional meetings, and industry events
