Sales Administration Manager
Lead Groupe Interway’s Sales Administration team, overseeing order processing, contracts, invoicing and service quality. Coordinate with commercial and operational teams while monitoring performance and driving process improvements.

- Set individual and team goals.
- Carry out annual performance and career development reviews.
- Plan workloads and help employees build their skills.
- Take part in recruitment.
- Maintain Sales Administration operations and support the team when needed.
- Ensure procedures are followed and improved over time.
- Oversee order processing and contract administration.
- Maintain accurate, high-quality invoicing.
- Ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
- Set and track department performance measures.
- Handle complex requests and complaints.
- Work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations and Procurement.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Check billing data and protect revenue from billable work.
- Support monthly financial close activities.
- Prepare and review department dashboards.
- Spot risks and lead improvement plans.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent two- to four-year post-secondary qualification in business administration, commerce or sales administration.
- At least five years of Sales Administration experience, including team management.
- Proficiency with office software and ERP systems.
- Team management skills.
- Customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to monitor performance indicators.
- Experience managing contracts, orders and invoicing.
- Continuous improvement and project management skills.
- Basic knowledge of legal matters.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.
- Leadership skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Rigor, organization and ability to prioritize.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Collaborative and proactive approach.
- Working hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
