- Lead and support a geographically aligned team of Regional Sales Managers.
- Recruit, develop, and manage 5–7 Enterprise Sales Representatives in the assigned region.
- Build Cribl’s sales organization and develop future sales leaders.
- Create a business plan designed to exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation through deal closure.
- Contribute to Cribl’s go-to-market strategy.
- Report to the VP of Sales.
- Occasionally work outside standard hours to accommodate global time zones.
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience leading enterprise sales teams.
- Experience scaling and growing a team in Singapore.
- A track record of exceeding annual sales targets.
- Experience leading sales teams that sell through security channel partners.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles.
- SaaS sales experience spanning cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Experience closing large deals with major enterprises, including Fortune 1000 companies.
- Experience with MEDDIC and Command of Message.
- Experience building pipeline and opening new accounts.
- Background in cloud, security, or machine learning preferred.
- iRAP and CAUDIT experience is a plus.
