Onsite Field Service Engineer
Install, maintain, and repair semiconductor equipment while providing onsite technical support and customer training across assigned U.S. locations.

- Visit customer sites to provide technical support.
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment.
- Inspect equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
- Record service work, reports, repairs, and customer communications.
- Work with the Service Manager and colleagues to improve processes and share best practices.
- Teach customers safe equipment use and basic troubleshooting.
- Resolve technical issues with Engineering and Quality Assurance teams.
- Promote safety and quality in daily work.
- Identify and address risks, and apply CSR principles in operations.
- Build customer-focused relationships and support customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and service methods through training and continued learning.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of relevant industry experience.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and manage unexpected challenges.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to customers clearly and concisely.
- Strong organization skills, including maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
- Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites, often on short notice.
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, and kneel.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
