Loyalty Partnerships Manager — inDrive, Bogotá Hybrid
Lead loyalty partnerships for inDrive, a global mobility platform. Build and negotiate bank, fintech, and consumer-brand collaborations across Latin America, Asia, and Africa.

- Own the benefits portfolio for inDrive’s global Loyalty Program
- Develop the value proposition across partner-funded benefits, inDrive-funded benefits, and app-based product benefits
- Build and prioritize the global partner pipeline, with local focus on Peru, Colombia, or Mexico
- Lead negotiations with Strategic Alliances teams at banks and financial groups
- Help partners navigate internal Risk, Legal, Product, and Finance approvals
- Structure and negotiate term sheets, campaign conditions, and settlement processes with Legal and Finance
- Create consistent external and internal benefit propositions for passengers
- Advocate for product benefits internally and support the case for loyalty-related app features
- Design and execute benefit experiments from hypothesis and test design through result analysis
- Collaborate with Product and Fintech teams to enable agreements involving inDrive’s native product and wallet
- Set the partner offer catalog and define criteria for declining offers that lack fair value
- Monitor adoption, redemptions, incrementality, partner performance, and campaign returns
- Present performance updates to leadership
- Represent inDrive with partner executives across its markets
आवश्यकताएँ
- Six to ten years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development, including at least three years in loyalty, cashback, fintech, payments, super-apps, or marketplaces
- Demonstrated success negotiating co-funded campaigns or agreements with banks, card issuers, or major consumer brands
- Experience working with bank or financial-group Strategic Alliances teams and navigating their internal approval processes
- Experience structuring transactions with Legal and Finance, including term sheets, campaign conditions, and settlements
- Practical experience designing and running benefit or offer experiments, such as A/B tests and pilots, and applying the findings
- Strong data fluency, including the ability to interpret redemption dashboards and assess incrementality and campaign ROI
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to influence without formal authority while coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Clear executive communication skills and the autonomy to manage extended negotiation cycles
- Preferred: experience at a bank, card issuer, or fintech, or an established network in one or more of inDrive’s markets
- Preferred: understanding of banking and fintech ecosystems in emerging markets across Latin America, Asia, or Africa
- Preferred: experience with both funding approaches, including partner prefunding or platform advances followed by settlement
- Preferred: background in ride-hailing, delivery, or mobility
- Preferred: experience launching a partner program from the ground up
- Preferred: interest in purpose-driven initiatives
