- Guide generative AI, LLM, and applied machine learning strategy for the EMEA Emerging DNB business unit
- Work with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, and Account teams to scope and design GenAI use cases and manage their risks
- Develop proofs of concept and reference implementations for large-scale LLM and deep learning workloads on Databricks
- Direct fine-tuning and customization projects for open LLMs
- Apply judge-based and label-efficient evaluation methods in quality- and safety-critical settings
- Connect Product and Engineering teams with customer feedback and explain product roadmaps to field teams
- Train and mentor EMEA Emerging DNB Field Engineering colleagues through workshops, reference architectures, and internal programs
- Represent Databricks at conferences, in technical blogs, and in executive customer briefings
आवश्यकताएँ
- Know the LLM landscape, including proprietary and open-source models and providers
- Bring deep expertise in RAG, agents, tool use, fine-tuning, model customization, prompt engineering, evaluation engineering, and LLM safeguards and safety
- Have strong machine learning and deep learning foundations, including distributed training, GPU workloads, and the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle
- Be proficient in Python and ML tools such as PyTorch, Transformers, MLflow, and Spark
- Have experience delivering production-quality reference implementations
- Know Databricks or be able to learn it quickly, including Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search, and Unity Catalog
- Have cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Communicate effectively and work consultatively with customers
- Show a record of technical leadership and mentorship
- Be comfortable working with digital-native and high-growth customers
- Be based in the United Kingdom and able to work across EMEA time zones
- Be willing to travel to customer sites in the region as needed
- Experience helping digital-native customers build data and ML solutions is an advantage
- Public technical engagement, regulated or high-stakes industry experience, and Product and Engineering partnership experience are additional advantages
