  • Follow established safe-work practices, health requirements, and operating procedures to protect people and sites.
  • Expand business with current and prospective customers by generating leads and winning Field Services projects, including hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams and local branches to strengthen service delivery and increase revenue.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals while monitoring sales activity and performance each day.
  • Use CRM systems to manage accounts, opportunities, and activities, applying account insights to shape sales strategies and cross-sell services.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract conditions to win profitable customer engagements.
  • Act as the main contact and resolution lead for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Support collection efforts for customer invoices.
  • Identify barriers quickly and take timely, decisive steps to resolve them.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver program objectives and establish Clearsite as a trusted long-term partner.

आवश्यकताएँ

  • At least five years of B2B sales experience spanning account management and business development.
  • A demonstrated record of achieving revenue targets or sales quotas in sales or account management positions.
  • Professional experience in Field Services or Industrial Services.
  • Experience resolving customer matters involving RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial high-pressure cleaning.
  • Experience using software to organize accounts, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer and site visits, primarily on day trips.
  • A bachelor’s degree in sales or business management is preferred.
  • B2B experience negotiating pricing and contract terms is preferred.
  • Experience in industrial or environmental services is preferred.
  • OSHA/HazWOPER or another relevant safety or field certification is preferred.
  • Experience managing B2B relationships with utilities, construction companies, municipalities, or industrial facilities and plants is preferred.
