Employee Benefits Billing Coordinator (Remote, United States)
Manage outsourced employee benefits billing, payments, eligibility reporting, and COBRA administration. Support accurate benefits operations for clients across the United States.

- Calculate premiums for health, disability, life, and other benefit plans and prepare consolidated invoices.
- Process client premium payments.
- Review and reconcile client premium accounts and benefits databases.
- Prepare monthly and ad hoc eligibility reports for print or electronic distribution.
- Send qualifying-event notifications.
- Process COBRA elections and post COBRA premiums.
- Maintain current eligibility rosters.
- Report COBRA eligibility and premium information.
- Issue COBRA termination and conversion notices.
- Help establish billing processes for new clients.
- Recommend methods and procedures for new assignments.
- Provide immediate backup support to Benefit Advocates.
- Follow agency management system data standards and data integrity requirements.
- Enter and maintain complete, accurate records.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, with a Finance or Accounting emphasis.
- At least one year of experience in benefits administration or accounting.
- Demonstrated accuracy when handling complex benefits administration or accounting details.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective planning, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to manage complex assignments requiring judgment, initiative, problem-solving, and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
