Customer Service Representative - Denver, CO (On-Site)
Serve customers, coordinate communications, and support administrative and accounting operations at Crash Champions’ Denver collision repair facility.
विवरण
- Welcome and assist customers and prospective customers promptly and professionally
- Keep the customer-facing workspace clean and presentable
- Manage incoming calls, walk-ins, and written correspondence, routing inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors
- Process receivables, payables, accounting-system entries, spreadsheets, and month-end statement reconciliation
- Complete other related duties as assigned
- Crash Champions delivers collision repair services through more than 650 locations across 38 U.S. states and operates Crash Champions LUXE | EV Certified repair centers
