- Lead accounting, financial systems and controls, compliance, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Contribute to or lead system-level initiatives involving service lines, revenue integrity, and discipline teams.
- Oversee financial decisions and serve on the facility or entity senior leadership team.
- Model a service-focused culture centered on employee engagement, quality, patient safety, service excellence, fiscal responsibility, and patient experience.
- Deliver financial and operational goals, including revenue growth, operating margin, expense management, and efficiency.
- Assess growth initiatives, strategic programs and service lines, capital acquisitions, campus planning, expansion, and technology investments.
- Mentor finance personnel and strengthen financial literacy across the facility.
- Supervise, support, develop, and create advancement opportunities for staff.
- Improve care delivery and operating models to advance clinical services, outcomes, patient throughput, and safety.
- Advance technology adoption to streamline operations, improve communication, and optimize workflows.
- Build collaboration across a highly matrixed organization while promoting service excellence.
- Advise facility operations and oversee the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and operational services and programs.
- Lead workforce initiatives and influence change across facility, regional, and system levels.
- Maintain the facility’s financial and operational performance, compliance, and long-term viability.
- Create short- and long-term business strategies and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate services with administrators, legal counsel, executives, employees, medical staff, regulators, and the community.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least five years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare business and finance.
- Strong understanding of financial operations.
- Demonstrated leadership aligned with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
- Positive, flexible leadership style suited to changing situations.
- Ability to identify problems and develop solutions with facility and system leaders.
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
- A master’s degree and prior CFO experience in an integrated delivery system or medical center are preferred.
- Membership in industry organizations or other networking credentials is preferred.
- Additional healthcare finance education or experience is preferred.
