- Grow and manage regional customer accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Assess market opportunities and shape sales strategies
- Consult and negotiate with procurement teams, nursing personnel, and medical professionals
- Deliver initiatives that improve processes and deepen customer relationships
- Keep the CRM pipeline current and produce accurate forecasts
- Guide the strategic and day-to-day development of the assigned territory
- Create lasting partnerships and tailored solutions for healthcare providers
आवश्यकताएँ
- University degree or equivalent experience in sales
- Proven record of achievement in B2B sales
- Strategic thinking paired with strong execution
- Self-directed, outcome-focused working style
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Background in hospitals or medical devices is advantageous
- Very strong German and good English proficiency
- Competence with Microsoft Office
- Availability to travel approximately 60–80%
