Tavsif

  • Lead the Design Team’s daily operations while maintaining quality and supporting designers
  • Review work before it reaches Account Managers or clients, delivering clear and actionable feedback
  • Identify issues in hierarchy, contrast, call-to-action emphasis, image-to-copy balance, and mobile performance
  • Guide Account Managers on campaign visual needs and push for stronger briefs
  • Create design assets directly when workload demands it
  • Preserve consistency across client brands, industries, and visual systems
  • Define and maintain standards for email, SMS, advertising, GIF, and short-video creative
  • Interpret client brand identities and recommend relevant ideas, refinements, and optimisations
  • Plan weekly assignments and adjust priorities as conditions change
  • Track capacity, clear obstacles, and keep client-account design targets on schedule
  • Lead group meetings and recurring one-to-one conversations
  • Gather team feedback and address suggestions or concerns
  • Coach designers and support new-hire onboarding
  • Strengthen collaboration with other service teams through workshops, tutorials, and documentation
  • Deliver training and professional development sessions
  • Refine workflows, handoffs, and team communication
  • Create and maintain design-team documentation
  • Follow relevant Figma updates and design and email-marketing trends
  • Share industry best practices with the Service Director and wider team
  • Complete projects assigned by the Service Director
  • Report to the Service Director and work closely with Account Managers and other Hustler Marketing teams

Talablar

  • Bring at least five years of graphic design experience, including three or more years focused on email marketing design
  • Demonstrate expert Figma proficiency, including work with component libraries
  • Have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Affinity
  • Create advertising graphics, animated GIFs, and short video edits
  • Present a portfolio of effective, on-brand work across varied clients, stores, and industries
  • Have experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating designers; a formal lead title is not necessary
  • Provide written design reviews that are specific and actionable
  • Allocate and reprioritise weekly team workloads, including on short notice
  • Basic knowledge of web design and landing pages is advantageous
  • Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email marketing platform is advantageous
  • Work comfortably with Slack, Asana, Hubstaff, Google Workspace, and Figma, and be open to learning additional tools
  • Use English fluently in writing and conversation
  • Have experience working remotely, ideally with teams distributed across time zones
  • Be available and responsive Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM Barcelona time
  • Commit to 30–35 hours per week or 140 hours per month consistently
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection, suitable laptop or PC, and availability for video calls
  • Accept a fixed monthly salary paid in USD
  • Work as a contractor after signing a non-disclosure agreement
  • Sign an exclusivity agreement
  • Provide 30 days’ notice after the first month
