- Act as the primary HR partner to Veralto Corporate.
- Advise corporate leadership and members of the Veralto Executive Team.
- Create and deliver talent, organizational, and culture strategies.
- Turn business objectives into people priorities.
- Lead HR partnership for global executive and non-executive associates.
- Guide workforce planning, analysis, organizational design, and transformational change.
- Oversee performance management, annual compensation, and engagement surveys.
- Build succession plans and talent pipelines.
- Recruit skilled talent and deliver engagement and retention strategies.
- Promote the Veralto Enterprise System and identify HR kaizens.
- Put Policy Deployment initiatives into action.
- Manage a small team of HR professionals.
- Oversee HR spending and responsible people costs.
Talablar
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiating with and coaching senior executives.
- Experience aligning priorities and establishing social contracts with senior leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong human resources and business acumen.
- Knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Understanding of the external talent market.
- Results-focused approach with an emphasis on continuous improvement and customer service.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field required.
- MBA preferred.
- Able to work regularly on-site at the corporate office in Waltham, Massachusetts.
