Tavsif

  • Build and execute multiyear category strategies aligned with business goals and procurement value targets
  • Create strategic sourcing plans, initiative pipelines, and category roadmaps for assigned indirect categories
  • Apply market intelligence, supplier segmentation, demand patterns, and risk mitigation plans to guide sourcing decisions
  • Manage category strategies spanning consulting, legal, audit, tax, engineering, and financial advisory services
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing events, from stakeholder alignment and supplier selection through RFP/RFQ execution, analysis, negotiations, and award recommendations
  • Create negotiation strategies covering commercial value, service expectations, risk, contract flexibility, and supplier performance
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders on contract reviews and business decisions
  • Oversee key supplier relationships, performance reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Achieve annual P&L Reduction and P&L Protection targets through sourcing, negotiation, demand management, supplier optimization, working capital, savings pipelines, benefit validation, and budget impact
  • Monitor sourcing results, validate benefits with Finance, and contribute to leadership reporting
  • Establish preferred supplier programs that consolidate spend and strengthen professional-services governance
  • Directly manage Category Managers, Analysts, Specialists, and other assigned procurement team members
  • Provide coaching, feedback, talent development planning, workload prioritization, governance, and performance management
  • Mentor team members in category strategy, sourcing discipline, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation preparation
  • Advance collaboration, accountability, process alignment, and consistent procurement standards
  • Build executive stakeholder relationships and establish Procurement as a strategic business partner
  • Work with the CFO, Finance, General Counsel, and corporate leaders to promote early procurement involvement and leadership visibility
  • Implement a Finance-supported spend control tower to improve transparency and show functional budget impact
  • Lead complex cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leaders in support of enterprise objectives
  • Drive adoption of procurement strategies, processes, and technologies
  • Balance stakeholder priorities with governance, risk management, and business needs
  • Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across Procurement and business functions
  • Use digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation to strengthen decisions and stakeholder outcomes
  • Apply procurement platforms and analytical tools to category strategy, sourcing execution, supplier management, and performance reporting

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, category management, finance, or a related business field
  • At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience preferred or required based on organizational need
  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, and procurement practices across multiple spend categories
  • Expertise leading complex sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional procurement initiatives
  • Experience managing business stakeholders and indirect supplier relationships
  • Record of delivering measurable savings or other value outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with procurement platforms and analytical tools
  • Ability to use digital procurement technologies, data analytics, and process automation
  • Work is performed in an indoor environment
