Senior AI Business Intelligence Analyst at Geisinger

Tavsif

  • Collaborate with product managers to size problems, quantify opportunities, establish baselines, and define success measures
  • Perform exploratory analysis during model development by assessing data quality, examining distributions, and detecting anomalies
  • Create and maintain feature datasets and data definitions for AI model development
  • Develop measurement frameworks that monitor production AI performance and clinical and operational outcomes
  • Evaluate AI initiatives using Epic, Clarity, Caboodle, and other enterprise data sources to identify performance trends and improvement opportunities
  • Work with clinical and operational teams to trace and resolve data quality problems at their source
  • Present complex analytical results through clear narratives and visualizations for product and strategy leaders
  • Create reusable data standards and maintain reliable documentation
  • Collaborate across clinical, operational, health plan, and pharmacy functions with product managers, data scientists, clinical partners, and organizational leaders
  • Support AI portfolio decisions, investment prioritization, performance validation, and leadership communications

Talablar

  • At least five years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare informatics
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Experience querying Epic Clarity or Caboodle databases
  • Ability to build production-ready dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik
  • Professional experience in healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows, revenue cycle measures, or quality reporting
  • Strong communication skills for explaining analytical conclusions to nontechnical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity, rapid change, and competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, informatics, health administration, or a related discipline
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least eight years of relevant experience required
  • Relevant experience may combine related professional work and an earned degree
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience supporting AI or machine learning product teams preferred
  • Familiarity with Epic Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or Radar dashboards preferred
  • Exposure to clinical quality measures, coding capture, or patient throughput analytics preferred
  • Experience participating in vendor RFI or RFP evaluations preferred
