Lead customer acquisition and account management for innovative label manufacturing at ERO-ETIKETT, supporting international sales through prospecting, customer care and sales analysis.
Tavsif
- Find and win new customers through research, networking and cold outreach
- Assess and qualify sales leads
- Manage existing customer relationships and record interactions in the CRM
- Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service and the Sales team
- Engage customers by phone, email and in person
- Review sales performance and recommend follow-up actions
Talablar
- A degree in Print and Media Technology or commercial vocational training, or relevant experience in the printing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience using CRM or ERP systems
- MS Office skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel and a strong commitment to the role
- Good written and spoken English is desirable
