Tavsif

  • Build and strengthen key client relationships through regular, proactive engagement
  • Serve as the senior contact for client priorities, service concerns, complex issues, and strategic opportunities
  • Create practical solutions with clients and internal teams to improve service delivery, trust, and long-term partnerships
  • Partner with business development, sales, and branch leaders to identify and pursue regional growth opportunities
  • Direct branch operations and provide leadership across Quebec and Eastern Ontario
  • Create and deliver the regional business plan and budget in line with corporate priorities
  • Track branch and regional results and introduce targeted improvement plans when needed
  • Coordinate teams across locations to deliver major projects and contracts safely and efficiently
  • Champion safety and reinforce accountability for safe work practices
  • Maintain consistent service standards and a strong customer-service culture
  • Find opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and service delivery
  • Lead, support, and develop branch leaders and regional team members
  • Set clear performance expectations and maintain accountability
  • Encourage open communication, collaboration, initiative, respect, and teamwork

Talablar

  • Progressive leadership experience managing regional, multi-site, or territory-based service operations
  • Significant client-facing experience involving senior relationships, complex issue resolution, and value-creation opportunities
  • Ability to balance client expectations, operational needs, commercial priorities, and financial responsibility
  • Experience creating and delivering business plans, budgets, performance targets, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions in changing conditions
  • Professional fluency in French and English
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight trips
  • Preferred: experience in fire and life safety, industrial field services, building systems, technical services, technology, or another regulated service environment
  • Preferred: experience managing large-scale service contracts, projects, or complex client relationships across multiple locations
  • Preferred: post-secondary education or relevant training in leadership, business, or operations management
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience will be considered
