Tavsif

  • Process, verify, balance, and adjust billing and accounts payable transactions independently
  • Prioritize work and coordinate with product specialists, the corporate office, and clients
  • Identify and pursue ways to improve productivity
  • Enter new clients and billing changes into the billing system
  • Run billing on the 1st and 15th of each month
  • Contact clients whose monthly charges have decreased to collect outstanding payments
  • Record expenses for the management team
  • Coordinate with product specialists to keep client billing current
  • Manage and process checks
  • Approve and administer vendor invoice payments
  • Maintain and enhance attrition reporting
  • Serve as the first point of defense for upgrade and downgrade opportunities
  • Report to the Director of Operations

Talablar

  • Understanding of fundamental accounting and bookkeeping principles
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment requiring creative problem-solving
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Reliable, approachable, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively
  • Ability to listen to and respond to client concerns
  • Prior billing experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting
