Process, verify, balance, and adjust billing and accounts payable transactions independently
Prioritize work and coordinate with product specialists, the corporate office, and clients
Identify and pursue ways to improve productivity
Enter new clients and billing changes into the billing system
Run billing on the 1st and 15th of each month
Contact clients whose monthly charges have decreased to collect outstanding payments
Record expenses for the management team
Coordinate with product specialists to keep client billing current
Manage and process checks
Approve and administer vendor invoice payments
Maintain and enhance attrition reporting
Serve as the first point of defense for upgrade and downgrade opportunities
Report to the Director of Operations

Талаптар

Understanding of fundamental accounting and bookkeeping principles
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment requiring creative problem-solving
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Reliable, approachable, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively
Ability to listen to and respond to client concerns
Prior billing experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting
