Part-Time Remote Collections Specialist
Part-time Billing Administrator handling billing, payments, vendor invoices, and client account maintenance for EZFacility, a fitness management software provider. Supports attrition reporting and payment collection activities.
Descriere
- Process, verify, balance, and adjust billing and accounts payable transactions independently
- Prioritize work and coordinate with product specialists, the corporate office, and clients
- Identify and pursue ways to improve productivity
- Enter new clients and billing changes into the billing system
- Run billing on the 1st and 15th of each month
- Contact clients whose monthly charges have decreased to collect outstanding payments
- Record expenses for the management team
- Coordinate with product specialists to keep client billing current
- Manage and process checks
- Approve and administer vendor invoice payments
- Maintain and enhance attrition reporting
- Serve as the first point of defense for upgrade and downgrade opportunities
- Report to the Director of Operations
Cerințe
- Understanding of fundamental accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment requiring creative problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Reliable, approachable, proactive, and committed to working collaboratively
- Ability to listen to and respond to client concerns
- Prior billing experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting
