Tavsif

  • Oversee IT infrastructure contracts and service delivery.
  • Maintain reliable, high-quality printing, radio, telephony, network, data collection, and data center services while driving ongoing improvements.
  • Coordinate work between internal teams, suppliers, and technology partners.
  • Track service KPIs, costs, SLAs, and supplier results.
  • Manage vendors and agreements covering print services, radio, telephony, physical networks, structured cabling, data collectors, and other operational services.
  • Direct data center operations, maintenance, and service improvements.
  • Develop technical specifications, purchase requests, and contracting documentation.
  • Chair contract and operational performance reviews.
  • Assist with audits, inventory checks, and infrastructure governance.
  • Find ways to improve services, standardize operations, and reduce costs.

Talablar

  • A degree in information technology, systems analysis and development, software engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience with physical network infrastructure, structured cabling, and telecommunications.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with corporate radio communications.
  • Experience managing technology and infrastructure service contracts is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vendor management and financial tracking is preferred.
  • Experience in an industrial setting.
  • Knowledge of data centers and critical infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) tools.
  • ITIL certification or a credential related to infrastructure or telecommunications.
