  • Lead and mentor data science, machine learning, and AI engineering teams
  • Design scalable solutions through effective model architectures and algorithm selection

  • Embed responsible AI principles covering fairness, explainability, privacy, and ethical compliance

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant industry experience
  • Two to three years or more in people management or technical leadership
  • Ability to turn business challenges into scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions
  • Strong grounding in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling
  • Experience designing, developing, and deploying production-scale machine learning models and systems
  • Experience operating ML and generative AI systems at scale with cloud platforms and MLOps practices
  • Advanced programming skills in Python, Java, or a comparable language
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Hugging Face
  • Experience building, fine-tuning, evaluating, and deploying LLM applications, including RAG, prompt engineering, and model optimization
  • Demonstrated success leading global teams and working across organizational boundaries
  • Ad technology domain experience is preferred
  • Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems is preferred
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps pipelines is preferred
  • A record of innovation and contributions to the machine learning or AI community is preferred
